Terms of use
Short version: JobLens is a free tool that ranks public job postings against a resume. Use it fairly, check every posting at its source, and don't upload anyone else's resume without their permission.

The service
JobLens collects open jobs from public company career pages and job-board APIs, ranks them against the resume you upload, and explains each score. It is free, has no paid tier and may change, pause or stop at any time.
Job listings
- Listings belong to the employers and boards that published them. Each job links to its original posting; apply there.
- We copy titles, locations, dates and descriptions as published and can't promise they are accurate, current or still open. A posting can close before we notice.
- Fit scores and deep checks are estimates from software and, when the AI step is on, from a free AI model. They can be wrong. They are not career, legal or immigration advice.
Your resume and data
- Upload only your own resume, or one you have permission to use.
- Guest data (profile, resume text, saved jobs, tracker) is deleted after 24 hours, and Delete my data removes it at any time. The privacy page has the details, including what the optional AI step sends.
- The sample-resume demo uses a fictional person. Nothing you didn't type or upload is stored about you.
Fair use
Don't use JobLens to scrape it in bulk, overload it, get around its limits, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may block traffic that does.
No warranty
JobLens is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from its rankings, for missed or inaccurate postings, or for downtime.
